Hi. I ordered an Amiboo for my son before Christmas. I had no confirmation email and could not access my account. No goods recei

I need a refund as I have had to buy it elsewhere. How do I get it? Regards Donna

Hi your question has been answered from the email you sent. Your refund has been completed. Occasionally mail goes missing - even recorded deliveries. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please complete the form which Royal Mail send out to process lost in the post claims after 15 working days. If the amiibo turns up, please return to sender as agreed.
The reason you could not access your account is because you bought as a Guest via PayPal so no account was created. Now you have registered you should be able to find your order history. Thank you
