This website is owned and operated by Gamestock LTD. Please read the terms & conditions before using our site. By using this site you are agreeing to be bound by these terms & conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms at our discretion. We may not always be able to notify you.   • We aim to dispatch your order the same day by Royal Mail if your order is ready by 5pm. Courier deliveries need to be booked before 11:30 to allow sufficient time (excludes New Years Eve, weekends and Bank Holidays)
  • Check and change your address in PayPal (if used) before paying, and check the order confirmation shipping address email from us. It is your responsibility where your order is dispatched to. Log in and check your Shipping Address
  • We make every effort to ensure your product is well packed, clearly addressed and arrives safely undamaged. If not let us know. Contact us.
  • You must be over aged 18 or over to pre-order or buy a PEGI 18 product.

  • Consoles ship next working day with FREE UK delivery (Mainland only). *Sorry we can no longer ship large consoles off shore or to the Scottish Highlands due to the cost.
  • The best way to pay is by debit card at the checkout. It's FREE and has a number of benefits.
  • PayPal fee: PayPal has a 2.9% + 20p fee on the basket total. E-cheque refunds take 7 working days to return from PayPal back to your bank. The maximum checkout total using PayPal has been limited to £50 until further notice.
  • Miss addressed or alternative address deliveries: We cannot change the delivery address after you order if you bought through Amazon or eBay. You must make sure you use your current and correct delivery address at the time you order.
  • Missing items: Before reporting an item missing ask your local sorting office in case no "Sorry you were out card" was dropped. Also your parcel might be with your neighbour, or left in a safe location or pre-arranged safe area such as near your porch.
    Before contacting us about orders, please read the Help Page If your order hasn't turned up in a reasonable time we can send a replacement or issue a refund. Call: 01454 610222 or contact us.
  • Order Status: You can check the status of your order by logging in. Order processing status updates occur manually and outside of office hours the information may not be accurate. E.g items may have been dispatched and still show not ready. If you bought as a Guest or don't have a GameStock account or you weren't logged in, you won't have a viewable order history. You can also find your order status by using PayPal or eBay or Amazon depending on how you ordered. If we can't claim compensation for missing items, we can't issue a refund.
  • The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, non-mainland UK and Europe excluded from next day delivery policy and delivery upgrades which won't go through a letter box (25mm height, up to 250g).
  • Make sure your shipping address is full and correct. Check this in the order confirmation email. Once its dispatched its too late for us to do anything.
  • Sometimes we need to change shipping services to ensure your delivery arrives on time.
  • 12 Months Warranty: Our products come with 1-year FREE warranty. If your item is faulty, we will send a replacement or refund. *Excludes wear and tear or faults due to improper use or undue care. This guarantee is subject to inspection by authorised repair centre. Excluded items (food, drink, codes).
  • Order with confidence: If you want a refund for item(s) not covered by our policies, we might offer you a buy back price under our Customer Satisfaction buy back scheme.
  • Amazon Marketplace Refunds: Amazon retains 20% of the original order-related-fees which were charged, up to a maximum of £5, for each line item in the refund. This amount is held back as a refund administrative fee by Amazon UK.
  • Cancellation Policy: It's ok if you want to cancel your order before its picked, packed and ready to dispatch. Just let us know. If the order booked in for shipping by a Courier, then a £11.50 cancellation fee applies. Consoles and similar weight items normally ship by courier.
  • Back Orders: If an item in your order is not available and has to be backordered, then you'll receive an email update to let you know with the delivery estimate. You may cancel or wait a bit longer. Most backorders are fulfilled within 7-14 days.
  • Returns Policy: Returns accepted within 14 days subject to conditions. Multibuy discounts will be subtracted if applicable. Refunds are subject to the item being returned in the original packaging unopened and in satisfactory condition for unwanted or changed your mind returns. Contact us beforehand. Customers pay the return fee using a signed for delivery service which may be refunded. Once the product is returned the bill payer will receive a refund within 7 days. A 10% handling fee, or up to £20 may be deducted from a refund depending on the reason for return, payment method and the outbound shipping costs. Print the RMA email or put a note in the return with a reason and include your name, shipping address, email address and order number (log in to find details or check your order confirmation email).
  • Console returns within 14 days on unwanted or changed your mind: GameStock arrange courier collection and provide you with a return address label. The costs in shipping out and arranging collection will be deducted from the refund due to the weight and cost of shipping items over 1kg. Collection days Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays.
  • Pending Payments from PayPal eCheque: All goods remain the property of GameStock until payment has cleared. Once payment has cleared, the order will be processed and is only accepted once dispatched.
  • Disclaimer: Our services are provided as is, and may be unavailable from time to time. Information may not always be accurate, product information can change over time. Please confirm postage, fees and due date estimates before committing. If you have found an error or discrepancy please report it and we will endeavour to rectify a solution. GameStock accept no responsibility for loss or damage or the trades and transactions you may enter into with the other merchants or users in the forum.
  • Packaging may vary: We are not always aware when the package artwork and wording changes, and when bonus content expires. We hope you will be entirely happy with your purchase and will do our best to resolve discrepancies.
  • From time to time technology problems may cause issues outside of our control. We shall endeavor to rectify issues as soon as practically possibly.
  • Upon dispatch your order passes checks to ensure high quality and accurate content.
  • All prices are correct at the time of listing to the best of our knowledge.
  • We cannot guarantee the promotional stock will be available by time you have completed your order if you session expires due to inactivity. All items are available to other shoppers until paid for.
  • Pre-order release dates are subject to change and are outside of our control. We will keep you informed of changes if need be and you may cancel and be refunded before we dispatch you item.
  • Manufacturer guarantees vary depending on their policies. Warranties exclude digital codes.
  • We recommend you fully research products for suitability before placing an order. * Certain games require other services such as Xbox Live Gold (sold separately) or PS Plus (sold separately).
  • *Please note often new & sealed games have no manual or printed material in the case - this is how they have been manufactured.
  • When using external links from our website we give no guarantees, and take no responsibility of their content and representations online.
  • You can freely disable adverts by logging in to this website. On your subscriptions page tick No Adverts.
  • Any person can write a review on our website. Their credibility, anonymity and opinions are provided as is.
  • The content on this website may be controversial, wrong or outdated. Seek further advice if in doubt.
  • Antisocial behaviour will result in your account being shut down permanently.
  • Attempted hacking or fraud will result in your account being closed.
  • If your account is shut down, you will loose any cashback rewards or affiliate earnings owed immediately.
  • Credit card fraud has a 15% non refundable handling fee to cover our costs. If you do not pay in full or return the goods a debt collection agency will be instructed to recover money. You must return unwanted goods using signed for delivery and they must be in acceptable condition.
  • Orders bought through Amazon Marketplace and eBay must follow their guidelines and policies as well as ours.
  • Occasionally mistakes happen. If you have been sent a wrong item, you must notify us immediately. You will be required to fully co-operate and return any goods which you did not pay for or received in error.
  • Unfortunately Email Filtering has become more unreliable year after year since. We can no longer guarantee delivery to Hotmail or any Microsoft email addresses. Microsoft block nearly 4.5 billion emails per day as of June 2017. We recommend switching to Gmail.
